I am writing to all of you because of an egregious act of denial committed by Comerica bank through Direct Express. i am a member of direct express debit card client and have been a member for many years. My name is Marcellous Bernard Taylor, JR. I made complaints to both FL and Indiana state attorney generals, and I believe Indiana forwarded my complaint against Direct Express to the FDIC and I have not heard from them to this date. Their use of incorrect language, and poor investigation of National Parts, who has many similar complaints as mine against them, resulted in my loss of $513.99. If I had known that the credits were provisional, I would not have made the purchase from Ebay. Then, on, Direct Express took the money back, calling it a 'REVERSAL CHARGE'.Дirect Express did not use correct language. Thinking that the issue was resolved, I then purchased another module from Ebay for $230. Then on I received two 'REVERSAL CREDITS' for each charge, with the 'merchant' column blank. I then contacted Direct Express to report fraud. I contacted the company and they refused to give me a refund or replace the module. What I received was indeed a used module, but it was not coded and the case was broken and could let water into the components.

they could send me a used, programed module ready to install into my car. Then, on they notified me that my module was not repairable and that for an additional $260. They stated on their web page that the module would be repaired and would not need to be programed to the car, (it would retain the coding to the car). So they gave me a different one so I resent again to new email. I called two days later to follow up and was informed their employee gave me wrong email address. I received a confirmation email was received. If I mailed it back it would not get there within the 10 days to get credit. I called and after waiting on hold for two hours I was given an email address to send it thru. As soon as I received it I completed all and faxed it back to them. So they cancelled my card and mailed me paperwork to complete within 10 days to get a provisional credit. I contacted Direct Express on June 30th after checking my account balance finding out someone somehow got my card info and made charges totaling almost $900 all for same small amount same day like 40 times and Direct Express didnвЂ™t question.
